We want you and your pet to be completely happy! If your SedaPet™ mat arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. If you simply change your mind, we accept returns of unused and unwashed mats in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery (note: return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns).
